Day 1
Upon arrival in Kota Kinabalu International Airport. Meet and transfer from Airport for City Tour. Kota Kinabalu or “KK’ as it is popularly known, is a pleasant Borneo surprise. Tour features Town Market & Souvenir Shop, Puh Toh Tze Buddhist Temple, State Mosque & Blue Mosque, Wisma Tun Mustapha, University of Malaysia Sabah and Tanjung Aru Beach. Proceed for an easy 2-hour scenic drive to Kinabalu Park. It is a popular getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city to enjoy the cool invigorating air.

Kinabalu Park – Malaysia’s first World Heritage designated by UNESCO in December 2002 for its ‘outstanding universal values” and role as one of the world’s most important biological sites. The importance of  Kinabalu’s botanical diversity is described as “one of the richest assemblages of Plants in the world” by one of the expert. This botanical paradise is blessed with an astonishing variety of flora and fauna that range over 4 climate zones, from the rich lowland dipterocarp forest through the montane oak, rhododendron, and coniferous forests, to the alpine Meadow plants. Kinabalu Park has probably one of the richest flora collections in the world.
